Hard Drive not installed – need data back

After I accidentally dropped my laptop (while it was on, but the lid was closed), then it turned off. When I turned it back on, it said ‘hard drive not installed‘. I opened the laptop inside and can hear the hard drive making a beeping noise, occasionally it also makes clicking noises. I could hear the spinning of the disk inside the hard drive (spinning but then stops after a while), but now I can only hear a beeping noise. I think the read and write head is broken (the piece that reads the disk). I think it needs to be replaced. Will I be able to use this hard drive again with my laptop after you have repaired the head piece? I had a lot of programs installed on my laptop for my studies, and I want to be able to use the laptop with its hard drive again. I want to recover my files, mainly school works. Also, in Google I had saved my tabs, will I be able to recover these? What is the price for submitting the hard drive to you (already taken out of laptop), and for you to replace the head piece inside so that it can read the disk again? I live in Liverpool, I want to be able to use my laptop with its hard drive again. Here is the hard drive specifications: SEAGATE mobile HDD 2TB, Part number: 1R8174-030, SN: WDZEWC14, WWN: 5000C500BA576B8C, ST2000LM007, FW: SDM2, PSID: 4TTFTPHHZ6ZB8WUMQE8LK6FE49CKSPAY. It is from a Dell laptop.

Rescue data from Digital Voice Recorder

I am trying to find some help regarding a digital voice recorder. My partner has a ‘voice zone recording photo frame/clock’ from around 18 years ago which had a voice recording of his brother who since passed away. When changing the batteries recently the recordings have wiped off for some reason. I cant seem to find a similar model online to the one we have here. Does this sound like something you could help with? We are on the Wirral near Liverpool

There is no model information on there I do have some pictures if possible I could send over to you. The recording was last played on there around 12 years ago.. only recently did we take it out2:29:27 PM
Replacing the batteries as it didnt turn on… to find it wasnt playing
