Honor, iPhone and Lenovo Phone Data Recovery

Friday, May 15th, 2020

Due to the popularity of my previous phone data recovery post, here’s another lot of questions from people looking for help recovering the data from their broken phones, including iPhones, Samsung and Lenovo

Recover data from Honor 9 Lite

I forgot my password for my phone – honor 9 lite. The screen was broken anyway so i have brought a new phone now. However I would really like to either – get the phone unlocked so i can get my data / photos off it, or just get the photos off the phone. Can you guys help at all?

Phone Recovery in Kent

I smashed my Samsung Galaxy A10 a week ago while I was out and I was hoping you would be able to help me retrieve the photos that were on there, I am in Canterbury, Kent.
P.S. I tried connecting the phone to my computer via a USB but it hasn’t registered as having connected the device on my laptop. I live in Canterbury, Kent

I have several phones and tablets of different brands that you work with. I need my memories. Like photos of family, friends, kids etc. These phones date date back to 2008 I have kept up with in hopes to retrieve the photos lost.

Lenovo Phone Recovery

Phone is a Lenovo P2. Boots up. Then comes up with various messages – Unfortunately Lenovo Launcher has stopped , OK , Try to solve. Then if i if i click ok just just stops all applications. I just need all the pictures and Videos saved to an SD card. Not sure if this is possible.

I need text and other phone messages off a turned off phone. Also if I could have my previous logon to email accounts that I have forgotten. All pictures. My phone is stuck in a reboot and I cannot get on to access any of my data and my data is not backed up anywhere else. Can this be retrieved before I have to factory reset my phone?

iPhone 6 Data Recovery

iPhone 6 is showing no signs of life (dead from approx. 2 years now). Screen repair did not work so assuming that it is the internals that are broken. Is there any way for you to retrieve the data from the hard drive (mainly wanting the pictures) without being able to connect to a PC or trust a PC.

Different types of phone

Water damaged iPhone se. Need photos recovered. Was water damaged a year ago.

iPhone 6s- working fine and then it turned off ,CANNOT TURN ON. on apple logo

iPhone is locked due to numerous failed password logins, would like to recover photos.
Hard drive fell when placing on couch. Can connect to laptop but buzzing sound comes on when does so and cannot access drive. Was looking for quote to fix hard drive or recover data

My iphone 6s suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on recently. It’s memory had been full for a while, it hadn’t been able to back up on the iCloud since aug ‘18 and hadn’t been able to install upgrades due to lack of memory. I took the phone to a repair shop but was told they couldn’t recover the photos as they are encrypted by Apple. I don’t wish to restore the phone in order to get it working again as the photos I have lost are not stored anywhere else. I have no interest in repairing the phone I just want the photos back (about 1,000 or so.). Can you advise if you are able to retrieve these photos and if so how much it would cost.

About data from phones and hard drives

Looking to recover Google Chrome browser history on a Google Pixel phone.

My hard drive is not being detected by the computer. It still spins and has its LED light on. I’m a science teacher and i have practically all my lessons and resources on my hard drive. I really need to get all my data back.

I have a Blackberry Priv that someone sat on and now i can’t access any of the data, although there’s no external damage. The most important thing would be that no data is wiped in the attempt to recover it, if possible.

loss of data

I have a Lexar 32 GB USB stick that is a few years old and I can not open it on my computer. When you plug the USB into the computer it starts to light up and the computer makes a noise but then nothing happens. I have checked the device managment and it is not showing the USB at all.I have tried several computers and the same happens on each.
The USB contains my only back up of pictures of my children from the last few years so as you can understand it is important for me to recover the data. Can you please send me a quote for recovering the data.

Need data recovery (pictures and videos) for samsung s2 stuck in boot loop.

I have had an old Toshiba HDD, 500GB that has failed to be recognised on the desktop computer and has been dormant for a number of years. I have had a free consultation with another hard drive repair company and they have said that I require Toshiba ‘parts’ in order to successfully repair the HD (or a quoted 70% chance that it can be fixed)

Hard drive clicks when connected to a computer. it also causes the computer to freeze and i am unable to access any files on it.

My WD 320gb external hard drive is approx 270gb full. One day it wouldn’t power up and just a green flashing on front, no spinning or ticking noise, I was hoping the drive would work in hdd docking station on the PC. So I opened the casing to obtain the hdd. Tried to boot it up in the docking station again but still NO power. I noticed a slight minor burn smell on a component on the PCB board. I ordered another PCB board from another WD320 hdd on eBay matching with the exact same model numbers. Swapped the PCB board, The disk spins and then stops as it isn’t recognised or readable by computer. I swapped he PCB board back, and started looking for a data recovery firm. Just contacting a few companies for an idea on price to decide whether it’s worth my while getting it recovered, or not, as I have a lot of this data already backed up already on the laptop, but not quite all of it. Your advice and quote would be very much appreciated.

My external hdd cannot ben read from my laptop and i can hear some minor clicking sound when I connected my HDD to my laptop, the sound lasted for few seconds and nothing happened. And can I know roughly the price range to recover the data? The model is WD My passport Ultra.

I have a Samsung galaxy S6 Edge 128GB, the motherboard is faulty. The phone won’t turn on or charge. I have tried another motherboard in the phone and that works, so it’s defiantly a fault with the motherboard. The phone wasn’t dropped and is not water damaged. Do you think the data on the motherboard is recoverable? I have photos I would like to get back.
